Literacy Pathways for Work and Community
This is a course for people with a mild intellectual disability.
You will develop your literacy skills through the theme of community connection. The course includes guest speakers, excursions and a plan to suit your needs and interests. Skill development in reading, writing and speaking with confidence is developed in this learning context.
This class is followed by the Community Lunch.

- Dates: 3 February - 7 April / 28 April - 23 June 2022
- Cost: $50 for consession per semester / $70 for non-consession per semester
This course can be taken alone or with the Community Lunch and Alive and Active Program.
Community Lunch
Enjoy this social gathering and healthy two course meal with our diverse community.

- Contribution: $50 per term - Free to eligible participants
Note: Community Lunch is dependent on COVID 19 restrictions. Should it not proceed an alternative one-hour program will be offered in its place.
Alive and Active
Students explore a variety of creative expressions such as art, physical activity, meditation, singing and excursions.

- Days: Thursdays

- Contribution: $50 per term - Free to eligible participants
